Schneeeule Berlin – August – Sour Bock

August

Sour Bock

August – this maroon brown Bock beer is with 6.5% Alc. the most alcoholic beer of Schneeeule. It is named after August Borsig, the founder of the industrial area where the Schneeeule Brewery is based. As a decent bock beer the malty notes are noticeable between the wild aromas and a proper bitterness – the taste reminds us of the brutality and beauty of the heavy industry.
