Original Berliner Weisse
Marlene – traditional Berliner Weisse with historic yeasts. Named after the icon Marlene Dietrich. Fermented with Brettanomyces strains from up to 50 year old bottles. Closer to the historical original is not possible. Slightly sour, fruity, sparkling and wild.
